In the silence of disappointment,
A world of whispers, a realm of discontent.
The echoes of dreams, once bright and bold,
Now fade into the shadows, cold and old.

The heart, once aflame with passion’s fire,
Now dampened by the weight of unmet desire.
The mind, once a beacon of hope and light,
Now shrouded in the fog of endless night.

The hands, once eager to grasp and hold,
Now lie idle, their stories left untold.
The eyes, once sparkling with joy and glee,
Now dulled by the weight of reality.

So let us not dwell in the silence of despair,
But instead, find the strength to rise and bear
The weight of disappointment, and with it, grow.
For in the end, it’s not the silence that we’ll know,
But the triumph of the spirit, strong and bold,
As we break free from the chains of disappointment’s hold.
